1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdwin ("bdwin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdwin website located at bdwin.bar and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bdwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bdwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to request documentary evidence where necessary.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or legal person.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bdwin or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from bdwin or from any other gambling platform in a jurisdiction that shares data with bdwin.

bdwin reserves the right to close or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, and to withhold any funds in that account pending investigation. Where a player is found to have registered while ineligible, any winnings generated during that period may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on bdwin. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different names or mobile numbers, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and communications from bdwin.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your password with any third party. bdwin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorisation, you must notify bdwin support immediately.
• bdwin may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Security

All data transmitted between your device and the bdwin platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. However, you are responsible for the security of your own device and network. bdwin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to secure your device, password, or account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdwin supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdwin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. bdwin reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all supported mobile banking methods. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by bdwin, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your bdwin account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not credit within 15 minutes, contact bdwin support with your transaction reference number.
• bdwin reserves the right to refuse a deposit or return funds to a player if, in bdwin's reasonable judgment, accepting that deposit would violate these Terms, any applicable law, or any anti-money laundering obligation.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered bdwin account. bdwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• bdwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Pending withdrawals may be temporarily held during identity verification. The standard processing time for approved withdrawals is one to three business hours during normal operating hours.
• bdwin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or if the account is under investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before rollover requirements are fulfilled will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdwin offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms advertised with each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion prevail.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bdwin — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with the rules set by the respective game provider or the bdwin sports betting engine. Game rules are displayed within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• All random-outcome game results are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. bdwin does not manually influence game outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a round in progress, bdwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. If a game result has already been determined at the point of disconnection, the result stands.
• For sports betting markets, all results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). bdwin is not responsible for errors in live score data feeds from third-party providers.
• bdwin reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Players who identify a pricing error and deliberately place bets to exploit it rather than reporting it are in breach of these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdwin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously. The following tools are available to all bdwin account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Requests to increase a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are displayed on-screen and do not automatically end the session.
• Cooling-off period: Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account remains open for withdrawal purposes but cannot be used to place bets or access the casino.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is out of control may request permanent self-exclusion via the account settings page or by contacting bdwin support. A self-exclusion request is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, bdwin will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdwin. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds will be forfeited. bdwin reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to generate gains that would not have been achievable under normal operation.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on bdwin.

bdwin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigations involving suspected prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts and associated funds frozen pending the outcome of any investigation.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bdwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where: a player is found to be ineligible; a player is found to have violated these Terms; a player's account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent or criminal activity; or a player requests account closure. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting bdwin support.

Where an account is closed by bdwin for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, pending withdrawal amounts, and unconverted bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request, the real-money balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after any pending KYC requirements are met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdwin's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bdwin in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation.

bdwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bdwin's reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, and acts of government. bdwin shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a player as a result of Platform unavailability.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bdwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdwin.bar/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by bdwin includes registration information, payment details, device and usage data, and communications records. bdwin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention services only as necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully affects player rights or obligations — bdwin will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the player's account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bdwin support. 13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bdwin's platform. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through bdwin's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
